Shri. Ramratan Jalani graduated in 1961, from the Rajasthan University. He did his B.S. (Electrical Engg) from Indiana Institute of Technology, Fort Wayne, Indiana, U.S.A. & completed his M.S. (Electrical Engg) from Missouri University, U.S.A. Thereafter he worked for I.B.M. at St. Louis, U.S.A as a customer Engineer & returned to India to head Waco Radio’s Transformer division. His experience & expertise contributed to the birth of Apollo Electronics in 1975. He handed over the reins to Girdhar Jalani for taking ApolloSoyuz to further heights..

Girdhar Jalani

Girdhar, son of Ramratan Jalani, brought in the dynamism of youth, the professional skill of handling finances & the acumen for developing new markets. He has fused these qualities together to give the winning edge to ApolloSoyuz. He is a Science Graduate from Mumbai University & holds a Diploma in Computer Programming.

Girdhar has set ambitious goals for the future of ApolloSoyuz and works diligently to guide his team towards those goals. He has created many unique work systems for strengthening Apollo Soyuz.

Kusum Girdhar Jalani

Kusum spearheaded the Human Resource initiatives for the company and was instrumental in the creation of a library, and regular healthcare facilities for employees. She has brought in many improvements of facilities and working conditions for staff and workmen. She emphasizes people are the biggest and most valuable assets of the company.

Nikhil Girdhar Jalani

Nikhil, a Graduate in Electrical Engineering & Post Graduate in Business Management, has also overseas multinational exposure, is being groomed for assuming a larger role in strategic management as ApolloSoyuz grows from strength to strength.

Saloni Girdhar Jalani

Saloni Girdhar Jalani is on the board & she is a Management Graduate and is set to persuing Post Graduation in Business Management. She is also being groomed to add value to Strategic Finance & Growth initiatives.

Manohar Patwardhan

Manohar Patwardhan brings his vast Electrical Engineering knowledge to the Board of Directors of Apollo Soyuz. He has over three decades of experience in design and manufacture of magnetics, after completing his postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Germany.

Vijay Bhatia

Vijay Bhatia is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and practice. He has wide experience in Venture Finance and Finance Management. His experience with many companies overseas brings immense value to the Board of Directors of ApolloSoyuz.

Hargovind Jalani

Hargovind Jalani brings specialist knowledge on Finance to the Board of Directors of Apollo Soyuz. He is a highly knowledgeable Management Professional and Chartered Accountant. He is retained by a large number of Corporate Business Houses for advice on Finance and Management.

Pradeep V. Savla

P.V.Savla, B.E. (Elect.) and has 37 years of experience in the field of designing Low Voltage Electrical Switchgear and light fittings.He brings detailed product engineering and applications expertise to the Board of Directors of ApolloSoyuz. He has headed and steered companies engaged manufacturing Electrical Switchgear Products ,Junction Boxes, Push Button Stations/Pendants.
